Your $299 set up fee must be charged to a major credit card such as American Express, Visa, Mastercard or via PayPal. Your monthly $99 payment must be billed to your credit card on file. For the website builder program, we only accept credit card or PayPal payments. No checks, debit cards or cash accepted.
All sites are $299 to set up and $99 $59 a month thereafter.
After you pay the set up fee we will immediately get an email receiot from PayPal. Shortly after, we will send you, by email, a brief questionnaire within 24-48 hours so we can learn about your business. We will ask the name of your business, the address and contact information you want on the site, inquire if you have a logo, pictures and other information. Very importantly, we will ask you for the login information to your domain name so we can point your domain name toward your new website. We will also send you 3-5 questions about you and your business so we can write your custom ABOUT page. Using the answers to the About questions and stock language appropriate to your business we will get busy customizing your template pages.
Yes, you do. We suggest that you select and register your own domain name at www.GoDaddy.com. We do not set up your domain name although we will connect it to your new website when you give us the login and password. We suggest registering your domain name for 3 years and say “no” and decline all the upsells as you go through the GoDaddy domain name process. Domain names cost as little as $1.99 a year to $14-$30 a year depending on the domain name you choose. We suggest any domain name extension is fine, such as .com, .net, .info, etc. Just avoid using hyphens. www.mydomainname.com is better than www.my-domain-name.com. Yes. While your site will come with some generic content appropriate for your type of business you will need customized wording for your About page. We will help you write that page by sending you 3-5 questions about your business. Just answer the questions and return the answers to us and we’ll handle the rest.
We customize each site with your logo, hours, contact information and a custom “About” page that explains what your business is and what it does. We can also add pictures of your office, service trucks, staff etc. that you provide to further customize the site. We are happy to also add any other text or descriptions you provide, no problem.
Yes. Because it’s a WordPress site, you can customize the site anyway you want within your abilty to do do.
Yes. But any additional customizations will cost additional. Basic labor charges are $75 an hour. Based on your needs, we are happy to give you a free price quote whenever you need additional work done on your website. You are also free to do the work yourself or hire anyone of your choosing to make changes.
The good thing about the provided hosting is that backups are made daily and kept for 30 days. If you tried making changes and messed up the site we can always fully restore the site from a back up going back as far as 30 days. Please allow 1-2 business days to restore your site from a back up although any restore requests are usually processed same day.
You have to pay the $99 $59 a month for as long as we host your website.
Not every business wants or needs a photo gallery to post samples of their work. But if you do want a photo gallery, we will set that up and add up to 10 images you provide to get you started. The photo gallery s is INCLUDED in your $299 set up fee. We will also send you an easy to follow tutorial on how you can add additional pictures going forward.
