Posting to your Instagram account from your computer desktop is not obvious or easy considering that Instagram really is native to smart phones and generally requires an app on your phone. But it is easy to do when you emulate a smart phone using your Google Chrome browser. Yes, there are third-party add-ons and apps that allow you to do this but I’ve found some of them to be clunky and unreliable.
This method will allow you to upload graphics and not just pictures you take with your smart phone camera.
While we did this using Chrome on our Windows 10 PC, I am not sure how this works with Mac computers, although there probably is a way to do it. But for this demo, all you’ll need is Chrome on a Windows PC and you’ll be all set. Here’s how to do it. Hope you find it useful.
